Each tasting at  CRU is an immersion in authenticity.

Guests are guided through a handpicked selection of conventional, organic, natural and orange wines from indigenous grape varieties — expressive, minimal-intervention wines that speak vividly of their terroirs. Alongside these are cold-pressed olive oils from centuries-old groves and raw, single-origin honeys that capture the essence of the Mediterranean and Caucasian landscapes.

The selection evolves with the seasons, reflecting the rhythm of the producers who craft them by hand and in harmony

with nature.

Every product tells a story of place, family, and tradition.

By Reservation Only 

The tasting room welcomes visitors by reservation only, ensuring a private and personal atmosphere where every guest receives the time and attention their experience deserves.

The exception is Saturday night after 8:00 p.m., when the doors open freely to the public for a more spontaneous gathering in a Wine Bar Atmosphere. A warm, convivial evening that embodies the hospitality of both wine and food!

Workshops:

Where Culture Becomes Experience

Beyond tastings, CRU hosts a series of hands-on workshops designed to deepen appreciation for traditional gastronomy and culture. With unique team building activities that include wine & food or just wine or just food.


Guests can learn the art of Greek home cooking. From handmade pies to meze and seafood. Other sessions explore the cuisines and beverages of different ethnic traditions, such as Armenian and even Japanese.

Each workshop is led by passionate perforemers, producers, and cultural ambassadors who share their knowledge in an atmosphere of exchange and creativity.
